A Tipton man was moderately injured in a motorcycle accident in Pettis County on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a gust of wind pushed a motorcycle ridden by 63-year-old James Henthorne off the roadway into and along a guardrail. The motorcycle overturned and Henthorne was ejected.
Henthorne was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center with moderate injuries.
The accident occurred at 3:26 p.m. on Highway 65 north of Ball Road in Pettis County.
