The new Marshall City Council was sworn in on Monday, April 17, 2023.

City Clerk Julie Lewis swore in the members during the meeting.

Vincent Lutterbie was sworn in as new mayor along with new council members John Allen Jr. and Nathan Swisher joining re-elected member Steve Cook in the swearing in.

In other news from the meeting, the council selected Dan Brandt and Phil Perkins to the Grievance Board and Dan Brandt as Mayor Pro Tem.
