On Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 10 a.m., the Pettis County Commission will be recognizing the Honorable Frank White with a Proclamation acknowledging his career and life of public service.

The Honorable White will be in Sedalia to speak to the Smith-Cotton baseball team and will be leading a portion of the practice. The proclamation ceremony will take place at Liberty Park Baseball stadium, as the Honorable White is presented to the players prior to the start of the practice.
