The Kansas City Royals snapped a seven-game losing streak with an 11-8 win over the Angels on Saturday.

The Royals scored 5 runs in the 9th inning off Jose Quijada to take the lead. Scott Barlow closed it out in the bottom half of the inning to secure the win.

Hunter Dozier and Matt Duffy both had three-hit days, while MJ Melendez had two hits and two RBI.

Zack Greinke went 5 innings, giving up 7 hits and 4 runs. Mike Trout, Hunter Renfroe, and Matt Thaiss all went deep for the Angels.
