A 16-year-old Sedalia juvenile was moderately injured in a one-vehicle accident in Pettis County on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when the juvenile lost control of the vehicle causing it to strike a ditch and overturn.

The juvenile was transported by Pettis County EMS to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 5:32 p.m. on Greiten Road in Pettis County.
