Two Holden residents were injured in a motorcycle accident in Johnson County on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred when a motorcycle, driven by 44-year-old Kenneth Berryman, ran off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and ejected him and 35-year-old occupant April Keys.

Keys was taken to Research Medical Center by Life Flight with serious injuries. Berryman suffered minor injuries.

The accident occurred at 1:51 a.m. on Highway 2, west of 1651 Road in Johnson County.
