A bicyclist from Sedalia was moderately injured in a collision with a vehicle in Pettis County on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, an unknown vehicle passed a bicycle ridden by Seth Woolery and made a turn onto a road in front of Woolery. Woolery struck the passenger side of the vehicle and was thrown off. The vehicle left the scene and was not identified.

Woolery was transported by the Pettis County Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Health Center with moderate injuries.

The collision occurred at 2:27 p.m. on McVey Road in Pettis County.
