The Marshall City Council discussed the upcoming trial for Councilman Drew Green during its meeting on Monday, May 1, 2023.
A motion was brought before the council to remove the trial from the agenda.
After lengthy discussion, the council voted on the motion regarding Green.
The council also approved a motion requesting the evidence compiled against Green to date from Paul Martin Law, LLC. by May 15.
