A Cole Camp woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Friday, May 5, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by an Alabama woman rear ended a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Jamie Canfield.

Canfield was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center with serious injuries. A 28-year-old occupant of the vehicle, Nickolas Kellar, of Versailles was also transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center with moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 3:30 p.m. on Highway 65 north of Missouri Route 52.
