The Concordia Board of Aldermen passed the first reading of an ordinance that would establish new sewer rates during its meeting on Monday, May 15.

The board first discussed a change in sewer rates during its meeting on May 1. City Administrator Dale Klussman detailed the proposed change in the sewer rates.

The first reading was passed. The board will vote on the second reading during its meeting on June 5.
