The Saline County Composite Squadron of the United States Air Force Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol will host the annual Memorial Day Observance Service on Monday, May 29, 2023 on the southeast corner of the Marshall Square at the Veteran’s Memorial.

The speaker for this observance will be Chaplain David Van Horn.

The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. The public is invited to attend this ceremony. The potion of Arrow Street that runs along the south side of the Marshall square will be blocked off to regular traffic beginning at 9:30. The ceremony is expected to be about 40 minutes long.

Adverse weather conditions may cancel the service.
