A four-year-old Armstrong girl was seriously injured in a vehicle accident in Saline County on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by 23-year-old Rebecca Defoor of Armstrong struck another vehicle on the roadway. Defoor’s vehicle then crossed the median and overturned.

Defoor was transported to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries. The four-year-old was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The accident occurred at 8 p.m. on Highway 65 at 110th road in Saline County.
