A Knob Noster man was killed in a vehicle crash in Johnson County on Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when a vehicle driven by 48-year-old Lee Thomas traveled off the left side of the roadway striking two fences and a tree. Debris from the crash also did minor damage to a parked vehicle.

Thomas was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Johnson County Coroner.

The crash occurred at 5:17 p.m. on Northeast 75th Road in Johnson County.
