Missouri State Parks is inviting senior citizens to experience the Katy Trail State Park from the comfort of a tram coach.

The Missouri State Parks team will offer the rides on two sections of the trail in the KMMO listening area.

The tour schedule includes Windsor to Green Ridge on June 13 and Windsor to Leeton on October 10.

Tours will be offered at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and will last approximately two hours. An interpretive guide will present information about the Katy Trail’s history and provide commentary on local natural and cultural history along the trail. Each tour will host approximately 25 people.
