The Marshall City Council approved the sale of property at 262 West Arrow Street to Powerhouse Community Development during its meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

Councilman Drew Green stated the sale price is $20,000.

In other news, Mayor Vince Lutterbie recommended the appointment of Randy Cornine as director of Marshall Municipal Services.

The council approved the recommendation by Mayor Lutterbie.
