The Higginsville Board of Aldermen approved a bill for a conditional use permit for TMG Construction during its meeting on Monday, June 5, 2023.

City Administrator Jeannette Dobson stated the permit would allow for fewer parking spaces and a drive thru for a planned Taco Bell at 2708 Highway 13 Boulevard.

In other news, Dobson stated the Robertson Memorial Library had completed work on a reading and event area at the library. The work was done by Oberg Excavating LLC. and funded by the Higginsville Rotary Club.
