The Sedalia City Council considered a change order for sidewalk repairs during its meeting on Monday, June 19.

The council has an ongoing project to repair and replace sidewalks throughout city limits. City Administrator Kelvin Shaw said the council finalized some sidewalk repairs but also added an additional sidewalk to the contract.

The council approved the change order increase in the amount of $3,749.65.

In other news, the council approved a resolution to apply for a Tree Resource Improvement and Maintenance (TRIM) Grant. The city has successfully received this grant the last several years, with the city receiving around $10,000 per year, according to Shaw.
