The Slater School District Board of Education approved the out of district tuition rate during its meeting on Thursday, June 22.
Superintendent Terry Lorenz said the board set the tuition rate.
Lorenz said it had been several years since the board approved an increase.
In other news, Lorenz reported that the HVAC system and field lighting projects are moving forward.
