
On Monday, June 26 at approximately 1 p.m., Detectives with the Crime Resolution Unit, Criminal Investigations Bureau and Mid Missouri Drug Task Force responded to a residence on East 6th Street in Sedalia to serve a drug related search warrant.
Upon arrival, entry was made and five adult subjects were taken into custody. A search of the residence was conducted and a substantial amount of methamphetamine and psilocybin mushrooms were located.
At the conclusion of the investigation, one subject, identified as 31-year-old David G.Williams was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
Charges being requested include trafficking drugs in the first degree, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
No court date has been set.
