Motorists are being advised to be on the lookout for Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Contractor that will be conducting striping operations starting July 10 until the end of July from daylight to dark. Work will start at the Saline/Cooper County line and end at the Jackson/Lafayette County line in both the eastbound and westbound directions. There could be delays in the area. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
