The St. Louis Cardinals get back in the column with a 3-0 win over the Chicago White Sox on Saturday, July 8.

The Cardinals got seven shutout innings from Miles Mikolas. Mikolas gave up four hits and struck out six.

Giovanny Gallegos worked a scoreless eighth, and Jordan Hicks closed it out for his seventh save.

Paul Dejong had an RBI single in the second inning, and Jordan Walker hit his eighth homer of the year in the ninth to make is 3-0.
