A Moberly man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Saline County on Monday, July 10.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a motorcycle driven by 61-year-old Michael Clark tried to slow down for traffic, when it began to skid and slide before overturning.

Clark was transported to Centerpoint Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The accident occurred at 11:45 a.m. on Eastbound I-70, near mile marker 69.8 in Saline County.
