
A Carrollton man who was charged with arson at the Carrollton Inn in January 2023 has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from two incidents.
Patrick Lee Hall-Taylor had been accused of starting the fire and in another incident in March 2023 was charged with third degree assault of a special victim involving a Carrollton Police Officer.
According to court documents, Hall-Taylor pleaded guilty to a felony for the assault and misdemeanors of arson and child endangerment.
Hall-Taylor was sentenced to seven years for the assault with the sentence being suspended for five years of probation. He was sentenced to 120 days for the misdemeanors with 105 days credit for time served.
