
The Slater School District Board of Education approved a lunch tray price increase during its meeting on Tuesday, July 25.
Superintendents Terry Lorenz said the board approved an increase of $.10 for the coming school year. Lorenz said this was the first price increase since 2021. Lorenz also reported that the board approved a motion to move back into the CEP Program.
In other news, the board moved the August 22 board meeting to Wednesday, August 23. The board will have a tax rate hearing at 4:30 p.m. on that day.
