A Warrensburg man was moderately injured in a two-vehicle accident in Johnson County on Friday, August 4.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred when a vehicle driven 38-year-old Jason Caldwell was stopped in traffic and was struck in the rear of the vehicle by a Higginsville man.

Caldwell was transported by the Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The accident occurred at 9:38 a.m. on Highway 13, south of County Road Northwest 575 in Johnson County.
