Several area city governments are scheduled to meet on Monday, August 14.

-The Sweet Springs Board of Aldermen is scheduled to hold a public tax rate hearing at 5:45 p.m. at city hall at 324 South Miller Street, followed by the regular board meeting.

-The Glasgow Board of Aldermen will hold a public tax rate hearing at 6 p.m. in the Lewis and Clark Building located at 102 Market Street, followed by the regular board meeting.

-The Odessa Board of Aldermen is scheduled to begin its meeting at 7 p.m. at the Dyer Park Community Building at 601 West Main Street. The meeting is also available on the city’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/odessamissouri/.
