The Salisbury Board of Aldermen held a public hearing regarding the 2023 property tax rate on Thursday, August 10.

Mayor Stephen Kacvinsky listed the proposed rates. They include:
-General Revenue (.7099)
-Parks and Recreation (.1701)
-Museum (.1301)
-Library (.0944)
-Total (1.1045 per 100 dollars of assessed valuation)

There were no comments at the public hearing. The board approved the first reading of a bill to adopt the property tax rates as listed.
