Tamara Renee Bader, 51, of Independence, MO, died Thursday, August 31, 2023, at St. Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs.  There will not be a visitation.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.  An online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born November 12, 1971, in Greenwood, MO, she was the daughter of the late Clarence A. Charles and Sharon Butler Charles.  Tammy was raised in Sweet Springs where she graduated from high school in 1990 and then earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.  On September 4, 2010, she married Randall Kyle Bader who survives of the home.  Tammy worked in various nursing occupations including several years as a psychiatric nurse.  She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her husband, Randall; she is survived by one son, Devin Allen Bennett of Independence; one granddaughter, Sailor Bennett; one sister, Karen Johnson (Robert) of rural Sweet Springs; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents; a stillborn child and a daughter in infancy, Justine Renee Bader.
