A boil advisory has been issued in the city of Slater on Monday, September 4.

According to the city, the advisory is in effect in the Jefferson and Blackstone area, from Front Street north to Morse over to Emmerson including Slater Housing. The city was working on a water leak in that area at 9:45 a.m.
