
A Fayette man has been charged with two felonies after driving onto private property in Howard County on Thursday, August 31.
According to a report from the Howard County Sheriff’s Department, the man identified as Sebastian Tucker was reported to be asleep in a vehicle in the roadway on Route A. A deputy observed Tucker cross a ditch and onto private property. During an investigation, the deputy removed a pistol from Tucker and a second deputy located a small plastic bag with a crystal-like substance along with four used syringes. The substance later allegedly tested postiive for the presence of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Tucker has been charged with felonies for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon and a felony controlled substance.
Bond has been set at $20,000 cash only.
Tucker was arraigned on Friday, September 1 and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday, October 24 at Howard County Circuit Court.
