Crews will be continuing bridge replacement work along Interstate 70 at Route AA/BB in Grain Valley.The work will require traffic changes from approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, September 8 until 5 a.m. on Saturday, September 9. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and be vigilant of work in the area. All work is weather permitting.

· Beginning at approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, September 8, crews will close the left lane of Route AA/BB at I-70 until approximately 5 a.m. on Saturday, September 9 for bridge deck work.
· Also beginning at approximately 10 p.m. on Friday, September 8, crews will close the left turn movement on the ramp from Westbound I-70 to Route AA/BB until 5 a.m. on Saturday, September 9 for bridge deck work.

The project is being constructed over the course of three phases in the next year. Phase One included bridge work and work within the median. Phase Two will address the westbound side of the project and Phase Three will address the eastbound side.
The project is anticipated to be complete by winter 2023.
