A man wanted for numerous felonies has been arrested and is waiting extradition back to Missouri.

According to the Warrensburg Police Department, Corey Milak was arrested in a joint operation with U.S. Marshals and Mexican authorities. Milak is wanted for four counts of statutory rape, statutory sodomy in the first degree, enticement of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs in the first degree stemming from several Warrensburg Police Department investigations.

The department developed information on Milak’s location and requested assistance from the U.S. Marshals in June 2023. Milak was taken into custody without incident and handed over to U.S. Marshals at the Otay Mesa Border crossing near San Diego, California. Milak is awaiting extradition back to Missouri.
