A Windsor man was given a $1,000,000 cash or surety bond after being arrested for multiple felonies on Tuesday, September 5.

Authorities executed a search warrant on a camper located on Buchanan Road. The subject, identified as Tony Meyer attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended along with two other individuals. A baggy containing a white crystal-like substance was located where Meyer had been standing. The substance was later identified as alleged methamphetamine. Authorities allegedly also located several thousand dollars in cash, suspected fentanyl, Hydrocodone, Morphine, Suboxone, Nuvigil and other controlled substances along with a digital scale. A stolen .380 pistol and a 9 millimeter pistol were also located at the scene. Meyer is a convicted felon and not allowed to possess a firearm.

According to a probable cause statement, Meyer has previous convictions for possession of a controlled substance and allegedly threatened to kill the officers that arrested him.

Court documents state Meyer has been charged with two counts of drug trafficking, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest.
