
The Knob Noster Board of Aldermen approved an economic development study with Pioneer Trails Regional Planning Commission for a grocery store in the city during its meeting on Tuesday, September 5.
City Administrator Scott Peterson stated that Pioneer Trails had recently done a study for the City of Odessa and Knob Noster has been without a store for several years.
The board approved the study in an amount not to exceed $3,000.
In other news, the board accepted the resignation of Police Chief Brandon Bines. Lieutenant Karl Van Vickle will serve as acting Chief of Police.
