The Boonville City Council approved a resolution of support for a 48 unit housing development on Ashley Road during its meeting on Monday, September 18.

City Administrator Kate Fjell stated Terravest Developments, Inc. is pursuing an opportunity to build the unit at the location of the former golf course using tax credits from the Missouri Housing Development Commission.

In other news, the council approved the first reading of a final site place for a new Quik Trip at 1802 West Ashley Road. Fjell stated the final ordinance will be on the agenda at the next meeting.
