
A Marshall woman has been charged with three felonies after a vehicle pursuit in Saline and Pettis Counties on Thursday, September 14.
According to a probable cause statement, Pettis County Sheriff Deputies were advised a Saline County Sheriff Deputy was in pursuit of a pickup truck on Highway 65. After the Saline County Deputy terminated the pursuit, a Pettis County Deputy located the vehicle at Highway J and Highway EE traveling westbound at speeds up to 100 miles per hour. The vehicle, driven by Jadin Shroyer later crashed into a ditch on Hughesville Road at which time Shroyer fled on foot before being taken into custody by the Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputy.
During a search of Shroyer’s vehicle an alleged methamphetamine pipe, digital scales with residue, straw with residue and a loaded AR style rifle were located. The narcotics items later tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Shroyer has been charged with felonies for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest.
Bond has been set at $10,000 cash only.
