The Marshall City Council passed two ordinances during its meeting on Tuesday, October 4.

The council first passed an amendment to Article VII of Chapter 115 of the city’s Municipal Code of Ordinances. The amendments contain provisions relating to the appointment of a City Administrator. The council passed the second reading of the ordinance.

The council also approved an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for Professional services with HDR Engineering Inc. for services at the Marshall Municipal Airport. The estimated fees for the upcoming project is $28,831. The council also approved this ordinance.

Both were approved and went into effect.
