
A La Monte man was arrested after getting caught with methamphetamine on Monday, October 2.
According to the Sedalia Police Department, a parole officer noticed her client, Darrin Pullen, was in possession of a brown plastic bag, which contained smaller bags filled with a white substance.
Pullen fled from the scene as Sedalia Officer began a search. Police would find and detain Pullen and recover the plastic bag he tried to stash away while on the run.
The bag contained about 25 grams of methamphetamine.
Court documents say Pullen is charged with felonies for possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and tampering with physical evidence. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Pullen is due for a hearing at 9 a.m. Thursday, October 19, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
