The game was tied 13-13 at half, but the Chiefs began to take command of the game with two touchdowns in the third quarter.
Patrick Mahomes was 31 of 41 for 281 yards and two touchdowns. Isiah Pacheco had 16 carries for 55 yards and a touchdown.
Travis Kelce had 10 catches for 67 yards and a touchdown.
Kansas City has won four straight. The Vikings are now 1-4 on the season.
