
A Sedalia man was arrested after Pettis County authorities executed a search warrant on Saturday, October 7.
A search warrant was served at a Sedalia residence, as the result of a joint investigation between the Sedalia Police Department, the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office, and the Mid-Mo Drug Task Force.
Upon entry, 25-year-old Darius Douglas was taken into custody. A search of Douglas and the residence resulted in the seizure of 1.29 grams of cocaine, 39 counterfeit Oxycodone pills containing fentanyl, and 7 Adderall pills.
Douglas was transported to the Pettis County Jail where he is being held on a 24 hour hold for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of 2nd Degree Trafficking.
