Marshall Mayor Vince Lutterbie is holding a public forum at 5 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, to provide information about the situation regarding the Marshall Animal Shelter.

Lutterbie hopes to provide information and answer questions about the decision to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the Saline Animal League.

The public forum will last about 40 minutes. The forum will be held at the Marshall City Office Building at 214 North Lafayette Avenue.
