Philip S. Hoyle, 73, of Marshall, MO, died Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Legendary Nursing and Rehab in Marshall.

Memorial graveside service with military rites will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 19, 2023 in the Missouri State Veterans’ Cemetery in Higginsville. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

Born July 11, 1950, in Fort Hood, TX, he was the son of the late Hulan Hoyle and Mary Agnes Scott Hoyle. He married Alisa Carter who preceded him in death on March 4, 2017. He lived in Saline county most of his life and was a heavy machine operator.

Survivors include one sister, Martha Sue Downs of Marshall.

In addition to his parents and wife, Philip was preceded in death by one nephew, Dennis Downs.
