
Three area residents were injured in a Lafayette County crash on Wednesday, October 18.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred when a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old Pleasant Hill juvenile crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Matthew Yoder head-on.
The 16-year-old juvenile driver was taken to Research Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. A passenger in the juvenile’s vehicle suffered moderate injuries. Yoder also suffered moderate injuries.
The crash occurred at 10:44 a.m. on Missouri 23, south of Goodwin Road in Lafayette County.
