A Holden man was injured in a crash in Johnson County on Saturday, October 21.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Wyatt Holt traveled off the left side of the road, struck and embankment, and overturned. Holt was reportedly not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Holt was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

The crash occurred at 4:45 a.m. on Route 2 in Johnson County.
