
The Concordia R-2 School District announced a series of upcoming Community Forums over the next few months. The public is invited to attend and participate in a series of discussions related to topics regarding the School Calendar, Facilities Planning, and School Climate/Culture.
The School Calendar Forum will focus on the laws and regulations for building a school calendar as well as thoughts on future calendar needs for families, staff, and the District as a whole. The Facilities Planning Forum will focus on the buildings and grounds of the District and future facility needs. The final forum for School Climate/Culture will focus on climate and culture initiatives in the District as well as how to continuously improve climate and culture in the District.
The schedule is as follows:
-The School Calendar Forum will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2023, in the Concordia Elementary Library.
-The Facilities Planning Forum will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2023, in the Concordia High School Library
The School Climate/Culture Forum is scheduled from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2024, in the Concordia Elementary Library.
