A Marshall railroad crossing is scheduled to be closed in early November.

The Missouri Department of Transportation is funding projects that will lead to the improvement or closures of several through street railroad crossings in the city of Marshall. The crossing located on Benton Avenue will undergo work and will be permanently closed on November 9.

The dates for the other projects and closures have not been scheduled at this time. The photo above is a map with the exact location of the crossing marked in red.
