The Sedalia Police Department released a Press Release today stating detectives with the department along with the Ray County Crimes Task Force followed up with a cyber tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

41 year-old Steven Lefevers was found to be in possession of child pornography and was arrested.

The Ray County Cyber Crimes Force is a newly formed task force that covers 7 counties including Pettis.
Two detectives with the Sedalia Police Department are currently assigned as affiliate members of the RCCCTF
