A 47-year-old woman from Rocheport was arrested and transported to the Cooper County Detention Center.

Rebecca Miller was charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of paraphernalia,

and cited for driving while intoxicated.

Bond was set at 9,000 cash or surety.
