The Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development has scheduled several FAFSA Frenzy: FSA ID events, in November and December at Missouri Job Centers, colleges, and libraries across the state to help Missouri students and parents prepare to file their 24-25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
The events are focused on creating an ID and helping attendees and Parents with the process.
The FSA Id is open to any student attending or interested in attending a college or university, no matter where they live, got to school, or plan to attend college. The Sedalia Job Center will be hosting a FAFSA Frenzy informational event on Tuesday December 5, at 515 S Kentucky Avenue from 5-7p.m.
Students should submit a FAFSA every year they plan to attend college in order to secure all of the financial aid available to them. To file the student and parent if applicable, must both have a FSA ID. This will ensure the opportunity for students and parents to take the first steps toward applying for grants, scholarships, work-study, and other financial assistance.
