According to the Sedalia School District, Parkview Elementary will be participating in WORLD KINDNESS DAY which will involve students doing “acts of kindness” through out the entire week of school.

Today they can participate by wearing their “house colors” or something that makes them feel good.
Tuesday their overall motto is to “Be kind to Our School” with suggestions to grab friends and clean up messes that is not theirs, including trash from the playground,
Wednesday is “Be Kind to Teachers Day” and suggests students write a note or give a compliment to a teacher or staff member or just greet everyone with a smile.
Thursday the theme includes “?”Be Kind to Others” which may include sitting by someone new at lunch and saying “Thank You” to 3 or more people that day.
Finally, on Friday, it will be “Friendship Friday” and to participate students can wear a “KIND Shirt’ and say 5 positive things about their selves and making a list of what they are thankful for.
